HONOR THE PAST SERVE THE FUTURE Funds raised in the annual drive go towards personnel services including assistance to Girl Scout Councils in personnel standards, job specifications, recruiting and training, for both national volunteers and professions. The largest part of the budget goes into direct services, including personal assistance to Girl Scout Councils by the national staff.
