One month in sunny California has been pleasant for Mr. and Mrs. Orville Merrell who returned last week. They divided their time among their children who make their homes there. The weather was lovely and we saw a few good baseball games but mainly we just enjoyed beMrs. Mering with our family, rell said. At Merced they stopped with the Robert Reeses and two sons, Rodger and Steven. Mrs. Merrell will be remembered here as the former Marilyn Merrell. From there they went to Berkeley where they spent some time with a son, Dr. Orville Merrell, Jr. Next stop was at Hamilton Field where SMS and Mrs. Robert Marler and three children, make Matt, Mike and Joanne, their home.
