Hall, all of one Ogden; 32 grandchildren, brother, Robert Evans of Torrance, Calif.; two sisters, Mrs. Maude Riddle of California, and Mrs. Mary Haws of Ogden. Conducting the funeral services was Bishop Arthur in the Garland LDS First ward chapel. She was born in Denmark on March 6, 1867, the daughter of Peter and Johanna M. Larsen Jensen. She was reared and educated in Denmark. She married Albert Rasmussen on May 26, 1892, in Denmark. In 1913 they came to the United States as converts to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-daSaints. They received their endowments in the Logan LDS temple. Mr. Rasmussen died in 1949. She was active in the LDS church, having worked in the Sixth ward Relief society. Surviving are six daughters; Mrs Karen M. Christensen of Henrietta Mrs. California; Mrs. Lorenzo Chnstensen, (Anna) Archibald, both of Ogden; Mrs. Emma Day Nuttall of Brigham City; Mrs. Percy (Alma) Groutage of Salt Lake City; and Mrs. Erma Day of Logan; 32 grandchildren; 76 greattwo grandchildren; two-mont- h Joanna Hansen Bing. Mrs. ham, 83, oi 54 North Second East, died Saturday at the Cooley Memorial hospital. Mrs. Bingham was a member of the Sunflower camp, Daughters of Utah Pioneers. She had been an active member of the LDS church, serving as secretary and treasurer of the Relief society in Garland for 15 years. She was born July 13, 1873, in Plain City, a daughter of a Hans Christian and Annie Nielsen Hansen. She was reared and educated In Plain City. On Nov. 12, 1894, she was married to Sanford Hall Bingham in the LDS temple at Salt Lake City. They resided in Garland until 1917 when they moved to Ogden and later to Brigham City. Mr. Bingham died in 1930. Surviving are five sons and daughters, Sanford M. Bingham of Fort Worth, Tex.; Mrs. Cer-ell- a B. Law of Brigham City; Mrs. Frank- - (Elsie) Gunn of Hoytsville; J. Lewis Bingham of Rigby, Idaho; Elliott C. Bingham of Logan; 10 grandchil20 greatgrandchildren; one brother, Parley Hansen of Idaho Falls. Funeral services were conducted Tuesday at noon in the Brigham City LDS Fourth ward by Bishop Clark Rasmussen. Interment will be in the Aultorest Memorial Park in Ogden. Five arrests were made within a matter of just a few hours and the offenders either posted bail or were jailed and were ordered to appear before City Judge B. C. Call early this week. Pedro Gonzalez, recently working at Corinne, was arrested at Second South and Main street by Shirl Williams of the City Police department. He was charged with no drivers license as well as drunken driving. Appearing before Judge Call, he was fined $150 and sentenced to 60 days in the county jail on the drunken . driving charge and $25 and 12 days on the no drivers license charge. He was taken to the Box Elder county jail to serve his term, office reports stated. Thomas Stidham of Phoenix, Ariz., was arrested for drunken driving by Sgt.
