Sometime ago, members of the Box Elder County Welfare board and county commissioners visited the Sunshine Terrace Foundation at Logan. Aceprding to those attending, the visit was made for the purpose of determining whether or not it would be practical to try to establish a similar home in Box Elder county. Mrs. Richard Alston, chairman of the Civic Improvement club project committee and temporary head of the Old Folks Home One committee, today stated, of the great needs of our is that of an adequate home for its aged and infirm. The ones who, because of advanced age or chronic illness are unable to look softer themselves are. the number one health problem of today. Medical science is continuing to add years chalto our lives. Our great lenge is to add life to those years. Mrs. Davis explained the possibility of obtaining matching federal funds for construction of such a home in Box Elder county.
