Utah Wednesday, September ' 10, , 1952 State Fair Opens Sept. 13 Features Utah Industry, Culture Know Your Utah its cultural background, educational advantages, scenic beauties, winter recrea6porta, movie industry, tion spots and reclamation projects. These will be highlighted at the 1952 Utah State Fair and Industrial Exposition in a giant 120 by 200 square foot tent Sept. 13 through Sept. 21, at Salt Lake City. J. A. Theobald, executive man ager of the state fair, said Wednesday that Utahs three largest senior universities, University of Utah, Utah State Agricultural college and Brigham Young University, will have exhibits in the tent. The three schools of higher learning will stress their educational advantages, research, and cultural contributions to Utah and the country. Utahs industry and its importance from an economic and scenic standpoint, will have a special section as will the state's National parks, mountain playgrounds, scenic trails and highways. What other area in the United States, or for that matter, the world, can match Utahs winter 6ports areas? From Logan City there abound the worlds most movie matchless ski runs, and jumping g inus ted with special exhibits of Nevadas livestock, scenic attractions, and highway systems.
