Arden C. Balls was elected new secretary to complete the unexpired term of Jay Waters who had resigned. The meeting was under the direction of Vernal Lund president of the local carpenters. Mr. Balls will be at the Carpenters on Monday afternoons until 6 oclock and also on Saturday afternoons to conduct any business concerning carpenters. .
