The young Instructor was born in Brigham City and is a graduate of Box Elder high school. He received his B. S. degree in mathematics from Utah State Agricultural college In 1950. He acted in college dramas and sang on college programs and with choral organizations. He also assisted In the mathematics department. He received his M. S. degree from Kansas State college, Man hattan, last spring after serving as a graduate assistant in math ematlcs. He wrote his thesis on Boolean Algebras and Lattices. He also sang In the college acap pella choir. While at Kansas State Mr. Faulkner was elected to mem bership in Pi Nu Epsilon, na tional mathematics honorary fraternity. - Blood In Brigham e The American Red Cross Will make its second collection in Brigham City Thursday, September 25, at Central school, according to Valene Hansen, chairman. blood-mobil- .The goal will again be 250 pints. In the drive held June 12, 152 pints of blood .were collected in Brigham City. The unit will be at Central school from 3 to 7 p. m. and it is expected that 30 pints will be taken from Brigham City doners every hour it is in operation. Blood will be drawn four hours.
