He will discuss difficulties facing the financial status of education in Box Elder county. All Council members and replocal PTA resentatives from groups are urged to be present. Safety chairmen are invited to attend for a special program on spring safety hazards. The Council announces that the planning committee appointed earlier as a study group has been disbanded for the present.
