Show Miss Ruth Noyes Is Summer Bride RESIDING IN SALT LAKE Mr. and Mrs. Edward J. Hall spoke wedding promises August 31 in the Salt Lake LDS temple. Mrs. Hall is the former Ruth Noyes, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Noyes, (Brigham City. Miss Noyes became the bride of Edward J. Hall, son of Mr. and Mrs. Parley Hall of Wells-villThe couple exchanged nuptial promises in the Salt Lake temple on Aug. 31. A wedding dinner, in honor of the newlyweds, was hosted by the bridegrooms parents at Maddoxs Ranch House. In the evening a reception was held in the Eighth ward For receiving their chapel. friends the bride wore an ankle length gown of lace over white satin with a peter pan neck line and long pointed sleeves. Her veil was fingertip length held in place by a seed pearl crown. She carried a bridal bouquet of an orchid surrounded by white roses and white ribbon. Her maid of honor was Miss Wilma Hall, a sister of the bridegroom. Miss Maxine Strickland, a friend of the bride, and Miss Ann Noyes, a sister of the bride were selected for her bridesmaids. Best man was Francis Hall, a brother of the bridegroom. Displayed during the evening was a beautiful four tiered wedding cake. Mrs. Elsie Wagstaff and Mrs. Dorothy Noyes were in charge of the guest book. School friends of the bride took care of the many gifts pre sented to the couple and also of the refreshments which were served to the guests as they listened to the dance music of Henry Johnsons dance orchestra.
