Show Participated in June Tea Festivities Community Presbyterian Gowned In Bridal Satin Miss Nelma Jean Powell Ladies To Meet Tonight Became Bride Of Sergeant William D. Nuttal Womens Association of the Community Presbyterian church will meet at the church this evening, June 25, at 7:30 p. m. with Mrs. J. E. Ryan and Mrs. George Nakamura as hostesses. Mrs. Wm. B. Price, reader. ' - Improvement club enjoyed nual June tea on Saturday afternoon, June 21. Mrs. Paul Merrell was general chairman of the delightful affair. Officers of the club received the guests as they arrived at the lower bedecked garden. Following welcome by President Vera Earl, festivities began with a cleverly written and presented playlet. Guests were seated informally in lawn chairs, around umbrella covered tables and in lawn swings to enjoy the hilarious playlet written by Miss Mabel Christensen. Program chairman was Mrs. C. V. Forsgren and readers for the day, in costumes, were Mrs. Rudgar N. Price and Mrs. Les , Bundy. To the music of Chase, singing the original version.
