Phone E-l- 's 4 Easter Basket 9'i in diameter IS or Phone 723 - 6229 As follow the world Seneca we leads, Thats why theres going to be a run on eggs this week. All over the country there will be dozens of eggs being boiled Friday night. Following the boiling they will be colored and made ready for the Easter basket. And all next week, there will be dozens of hard boiled eggs used in various ways on the family menu to use up the left overs. Its fine if they dont happen to get coloring in the cracks. I never did relish a deviled egg with red spots on the white. Come to think of it, I never particularly liked a cold hard boiled egg. That doesnt stop the time honored custom of fixing up a dozen or two each year for the mythical Easter Bunny. That is, if you have small fry around the house or if you have small grandfry that might drop in. Coloring Easter eggs does serve some useful purpose. It give Dad a chance to try out his artistic talents. It looks as if we might be rolling snowballs instead of eggs this year. Dont foreget to put eggs on your shopping list and then pull up that easy chair and lets find out what our friends have been doing since we had our last little Party Line chat.
