Contributing chapters are contemplated not only on a locality basis but also on a basis of special interests. For instance, ten or more people may form a chapter who are interested in working on a certain family line, or who are doing research in a particular locality, or would like to exchange information with others who are interested in a special census, or are doing research in one of the European countries or any other specialized phase of genealogical investigation. The parent organization will furnish lists of experts who can visit the chapters and give instructions on their partici ir genealogical interests. It will also publish aids, guides and other devices to assist the neophite as well as the professional ancestor hunter. Chapters will contribute by indexing local and other records, working on special Worldwide Range While the name of the organization is the Utah Genealogical association it will be worldwide in its range of genealogical activity, and will attempt to bring to the fore new ideas, methods and aids for all who seek information about their forefathers in any part of the world. George B. Everton, Sr., chapter committee chairman, of Logan, will be at the meeting to answer questions and to assist in setting up the chapter organization. There are no limitations on creed or color. Everyone is invited to join now at the reduced rates and to become charter members. Any questions or help con- cerning membership, but have been frustrated because so few were available, may now be able to do so. He pointed out that the Water Users association, as a grass roots organization, should work cooperatively with all water agencies.
