Morris of Park Valley announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Karla, to J. Paul DeLapp, son of Mr. and Mrs. John A. DeLapp of Delta. Miss Morris is a graduate of Bear River High school and LDS Seminary. She attended one year at Utah State university and is a graduate of Stevens Henager Business college and presently employed by Internal Revenue Service in Ogden. The future bridegroom is a graduate of Delta High school. He has completed an LDS Mission to Florida and attended Utah State University before entering the US Air Force. He is now stationed at Chanute Air Force Base In Illinois. November 16 has been circled by the couple for their wedding date in the Logan LDS temple with an open house in Delta that evening. A reception and dance will be held in their honor in Park Valley on Nov. 20. All friends and relatives are invited. They will live in Omaha, Neb., where the bridegroom will be stationed. Donations will be taken at the store location at 24 West Fifth South, according to Mrs. Jean DeNunzio, volunteer service chairman. Churchwomen of Brigham City provide the shoes, necessary cleaning, Ironing, sorting and pricing work at the facility, with sales personnel including both volunteers and Neighborhood Youth Corps assistants.
