Born May 12, 1881 at Bear River City, he was a son of Nells Christian and Karen Marie Johansen Weidmann. He was reared and educated In Bear River City and attended USU at Logan. He married Mary Eliza Orme, Jan, 17, 1912, In Brigham City. She died June Ago Miss Henrietta Bott, for several years the courteous little librarian at the Carnegie library in this city, has assumed her new duties in the First National Bank, succeeding Miss Maud Forsgren who left Sunday for Washington D. C. to a posiaccept tion with Congressman Milton H. Welling. Monday, January 7, 1918 Induced by the beautiful mild, starry nights we have been enjoying, Miss Malinda Wright on Friday evening deviated from the ordinary in January social affairs by giving a lawn party, same being in compliment to Mrs. Verna Rees Norr of Logan, whohas been spending the holidays in Brigham visiting relatives. The guest were requested to come attired in costume and the entertainment consisted of various games and dancing on the lawn which was electrically illuminated. The participants enjoyed the exhiliration of the entertainment in the open but found comfort in the cozy parlor during the serving hour. It was an enjoyable affair and those present suffered no ill effects from the perhaps unprecedented lanuary lawn party in Brigham City. Those present, besides the hostess and honored guest were Mr. and Mrs. Brigham Wright, Junior Ander son, Lorenzo Anderson; Misses Rilla Pett, Laura Brown Alda Neeley, Etta Facer, Lenora Romer, Violet Jensen Villadene Knudson; Messrs Ernest Hansen, Lee Wright Merrell Valentine, June Hansen, Charles Hill, Isaac Han sen, Dwight Wright. Born at HoneyvllleonDec. 13, 1889, he was a son of Franklin and Laura Neeley Hunsaker. He was married to Vivian Adelaide Gardner on June 22, 1909 In Deweyville, She died Dec. 29, 1966. He had resided in Deweyville since his marriage, where he was engaged In farming. Active In community affairs, he served as the first mayor of Deweyville. He was instru mental in getting culinary wat er for the town of Deweyville, He was a member of the Deweyville LDS ward.
