Held under auspices of the Salt Lake Chamber of Commerce, representatives of Brigham City, Ogden, Salt Lake City and other Chambers , examined plans proposed by Bernard Hansen, Bear River City. Hansens plan involves the construction of dikes connect-tin- g Promontory Point, Antelope and Freemont Islands and the south shore of the lake.
