Show Newlyweds Reside in Honeyville chum Now residing in Honey ville-ar- and Mrs LeWayne Walker, recent newlyweds The couple recited wedding promises on March 4 at the home of the bridegroom's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Heber 1.. The Walker, in Honeyville , bride is the former Grace daughter of Mr and Mrs Ellis Nelson, Mantua Bishop Varsel Chlarsen of the Honeyville ILDK ward performed the rites. Honored at Reception The same evening the young couple was honored at a wedding reception in the Mantua L1)S ward recreation hall Light ed tapers In tiered candelabra and bouquets of daffodills decorated the hall. Bnde in Satin The bride was lovely in a white satin ballerina length The bodice was accented gown with a lace yoke and cap sleeves. A tiny cap held the fingertip lace edged veil of brides illu slon She carried pink rose dea single buds encircling tachable orchid corsage. Attending the bride were Mrs DeLoy Nelson in pink satin and lace as matron of honor; Mrs Neil Oman, in green satin and net and Miss 'Barbara Jean Parker In yellow satin and net were bridesmaids. They all wore rosebud corsages. Mrs. Nelson and Mrs. Walker both wore navy blue with red rosebud eoi sages. Rulon Nelson stood as best man. Men in the wedding party boutonwore white carnation nieres. Served at Small Tables The many friends and relatives who called during the evening were served at small fables attractively centered with bouquets of daffodills. In charge of serving was Mrs. Oriel Nelson and Miss Kathleen Isaacson, Miss Jeannette Rasmussen, Dixie MdBride, Sydney Jeppson, Carolyn Larsen and Miss Darlene Hailing serving. Miss Amell Jeppson was at the guest book with Miss Ora Lee Nelson, Miss Carolyn Hailing, Miss Marie Davenport and Miss Nadine Cox in charge of the many lovely gifts presented to the newlyweds. Program Presented Alston Jensen served as master of ceremonies and announced the following program: vocal selections by Parley Hall, Lee and Doris Nelson and Wendell Isaacson. Marie Goulding and Jeanette Rasmussen entertained with a piano duet. Honeymoon in California 'For the honeymoon trip to California the bride chose a grey dress trimmed with gold with white accessories. She is a Sox Elder high school student. Jensen spent yesterday, Thursday, in Sait Lake City attending a special Civil Defense training school for American Legion Auxiliary members. The school is held in Fire Station No. 5 in Salt Lake each Monday and Thursday during March. Upon completion of the training the women from the local Auxiliary will be classified as Civil Defense wardens. They will return and report to on the Auxiliary members The First ward Relief society entertained 67 members of their organisation Tuesday, March 16, celebrating their 112th anniver sary. A three course hot luncheon was served at 1:30, at tables beautifully decorated with cut motif. Hawaiian flowers and Favors at each place setting were blue and gold carnations the Relief society colors. In charge of the luncheon were Mrs. J Chester Knudsen and Mrs. William H. Gleave. Program theme was Projecting school. Relief society into the Future, and was carried out as follows: Toasts by Mrs. J. Leo Nelson, Mrs. Myriand Bajls. Mrs Wm. H. Griffiths. Mrs. Zenos W. Earl. Musical numbers: duet, Mrs. Glen Btirt and Mrs. Leon Rees; Mathew Compton duet, Mrs. and Mrs. Harold Felt.
