Show vmpi Father Whelan Tells Rotarians About Spain Father Edward Whelan of the Roman Catholic church In Brigham City, was guest speaker at the Tuesday noon meeting of the Botary club, talking on the present conditions in Spain. Father Whelan introduced the subject by giving the political backgrorund of Spain up through the recent civil war, devoting most of his time to telling of present conditions and recon struction efforts following that event. He has made several visits to Spain, the most recent toeing this summer. Dr. J. Howard Kasmussen congratulated Quig Nielsen on hie birthday during the opening per iod.
