Brigham Citys Marilyn (Bun-ny- ) Reese, the reigning Miss Utah, will present the grand champion steer award as an opening day attraction of the annual Ogden livestock show, November 10 through 14. Miss Reese will present the award to the shows .top animal about noon on Nov. 10, in a special ceremony to be held in the coliseum judging ring. Earlier in the day, Lurlien Moiris, Miss Ogden, 1952, will present the champion steer award in the junior department. Ogdens five-daexposition will be formally opened November 10 at 10 a. m. when J. Bracken Lee participates In a ribbon cutting ceremony. This will signalize the 'beginning of competition for shares in a $25, 000 premium frurse among cattle, sheep and hog growers from 13 states and Canana. Box Elder county is well represented in the contests and auction sales. The leading auction sale of the week comes Nov. 13 at 10 a. m., when 250 Hereford cattle will be sent through the arena. Included in the offering are bulls and heifers in singles and pen lots. At a special evening auction, Nov. 12, 50 selected foundation Hereford females will be auctioned. Other attractions of the week include demonstrations of Quarter Horses, Nov. 11, at 7:30 p. m., and a display of Chinchillas.
