Golf contest Dixie Hoesel of Brigham City is in charge ot the contest locally, and she and her committe will supervise the contest at the designated hole. Golfers who donate at least one dollar to the Cancer society are eligible to win three new golf balls for each dollar donated if they land a tee shot wihtin a ten-fochalked circle around e the hole. The Tigers cracked out a 23-- 6 decision over the Lions and the Fireballs beat the Wildcats 13-in a June 3 game. Steve Schiffler, Kelly Brimberry and Rick Thomas shared mound chores for the winners while Tracy Zundel and Lindsey Henderson pitched for the Lions. Tiger hitters were Rick Thomas, Keith Harding, Ken Lemon, Steve Brimberry, Troy Karlinsey, Blake Hoppie and Tony Lundsay. Top Lion batters were Tracy Zundel and Jim Dalton. Tom Barlow and Steve Kap were pitchers for the winning Fireballs and John Cox and Rowdy Poulsen traded chores for the losers. Kelly Facer, Tom Barlow, Danny Woodyatt and Jim Dixon each collected hits for the winners.
