All auxiliary members from throughout the state are invited to attend the meeting, with the state president predicting that members will attend from all auxiliaries in the state. Mayor Olof Zundel signed a proclamation this week making March, "Family Bowling in Brigham City in Month a family with conjunction d bowling festival to be by the Brigham City spon-sore- no-ho- st Habit is a cable .. We weave a thread of it every . day, and at last we cannot break it. - H. Mann Boy that really shook me up when I read those words. I began to think of all the cables I was making and found there were plenty. Take for instance, every morning I put my right shoe on first. When I go to bed at night I always wash my face first then brush my teeth. I wonder if I could put my left shoe on first or if it would disrupt my whole day? If I brushed my teeth first at night I might think Id washed my face and go to bed without doing it. We get so used to doing things a certain way it becomes automatic. I think we should make an honest effort to do things just a little differently for a whole day and see how it affects our lives. Whilewere trying to shake some of our small habits maybe we can slip in a big one that needs changing. And, speaking of change, you know some things become habit because we hesi-tat- e to make a change. Carlyle once said Today is not yesterday - We our. selves change. How then can our works and thoughts, if they are always to be the fittest, continue always the Look at President same. Nixon tossing out the tea tas. ters after they had been tea for 73 years under a Federal Board of Tea Tas-ter- s which costs annually $127,000. Opponents to the order to change the procedure say it will lower the stan-darof our tea. Well, we shall see. But now how about you, lets see if we can break some of those old habits and put a few changes in our lives. It might even liven up those old doldrums that have a habit of creeping in this time of year. Pull up that easy chair and lets catch up on the latest happenings around town and just to change things a little try putting pepper on your food first instead of salt first when you season your lunch today. tas-tin- g d City.
