I have been pondering an Item I read recently about the Salt Lake County commission approving for a new $4,108 plus trade-iautomobile for one of their commissioners to use. Among the Items Included In the pur chase price were: air condition lng, tilt steering wheel, power trunk latch, power antenna, de. luxe radio, cornering lamps, tinted windows and windshield, power seat, power windows, power door locks, under seal and differential. Now Im not an expert on necessary items on cars but It seems to me a few things listed were luxuries and not ex-- v actly essential to carrying out county business.
