They visited all four islands. In Oahu they visited the LDS Temple in Honolulu, the Polynesian Cultural center and Sea Land. In Hawaii they visited the Parker ranch which has 400,000 acres of land and 70,000 head of cattle. The Fern Grotto was of interest on the island of and the sugar plantations on the island of Maui. Mrs. Bowcutt reports having had a very exciting and educational tour. The Stage Coach camp of DUP met at the home of Mrs. Merle Larson in East Garland Ki Thursday afternoon. Captain Essie Peterson conducted the meeting. Mrs. Peterson also gave the lesson ' Pioneer Trees and Flowers, Mrs. Letitia Swenson read a pioneer history. Mrs. Margaret Fry of Salt Lake City spent Saturday through Tuesday visiting her sister Mrs. O.C. Davis. Monday the two ladies visited relatives ' in Malad. Mrs. Hazel Rose spent Thursday and Friday caring for her grandchildren Lori and Ryan Rose in Brigham City while their parents Mr. and Mrs. Larry Rose were in Reno. Mayor and Mrs. George Hales spent Saturday at Bear Lake visiting Mrs. Hales sister-in-laMrs. LaVelle Booth. Mr. Don Limb has been spending a good share of her time at the Logan hospital with her daughter Cathy who was receiving medical care. She accompanied her mother home w week vacationing in California. On Saturday They enjoyed visiting Disneyland, Sea World, other points of interest. They remained overnight with Mrs. Jennie Gephart returning to their home in Afton on Saturday. Saturday visitors of Mr. and rs. V.W. Johns were Dr. and Mrs. M.D. Beal of Pocatello. Visiting Mr. and Mrs. O.C. Davis during the past week were Mr. and Mrs. Matt Davis of Ogden. Mrs. Fern Huish accompanied Mbs. Corey Wright of Provo and W.L. Stenquist of Tremon-to- n to Twin Falls where they were houseguests of Mr. and Mrs. Burton Huish and family. They all attended graduation exercises held in the Twin Falls High school where Miss Nancy Ann Huish was one of the graduates.
