The Box Elder Wildlife federation this week has made available two varieties of tree seeds to the residents of Box Elder county who are interested in promoting and developing conservation. President Wayne A. Jensen said the Tree Sticks are attached to a colorful brochure designed by Mrs. Goss, whose husband is a member of the federation. Boise Cascade Corp. of Boise, Idaho has made the sticks available to the federation for this program. Jensen said the Tree Sticks Conditions. Each Tree Stick comes complete with fertilizer in a water soluable glue so when it is pushed into the soil, natures natural forces take over to sprout the seeds. The Box Elder Wildlife federation encourages fish-- , ermen, hunters and others visiting forest areas to plant these sticks on their trips to the woods, Jensen said. Jensen pointed out that the federation is more than a club for hunters and fisher Le-la- in 'J j'iw Jilirii men, but rather it is an organization for those interested in conservation, not only wildlife but other natural resources as well. The brochure contains planting instructions, said Jensen, as well as where to order additional Tree Sticks from the federation. Jensen said the sticks are available for a small cost and proceeds will go to further the cause of conservation.
