(Ted) Austin 456 South Second . 84, of Saturday June 22 in Fairfield, Montana, while visiting his daughter, of natural causes. He was born September 20, 1889 in Lehi, a son of George and Elizabeth Macfarlane Austin. He married Alice Vera Smith January 6, 1910 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. She died three weeks ago, May 31, 1974. He was reared in Lehi, and moved to Brigham City in 1951. He worked many years for the Box Elder County road He is survived by two sons Edwin N. Austin, Jr. of Salt Lake, Kenneth S. Austin of Phoenix, Ariz., and one daughter Mrs. Ursel (Maxine) Adams, of Fairfield, Montana. Ten grandchildren and 33 grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Wednesday June 26 in the Brigham City Sixth LDS ward at noon. His viewing will be Tuesday 7 to 9 p.m. in the Olsen-Fel- t funeral home 209 South First East and one hour prior to services. Burial will be in the Brigham cemetery. Howard S. Howard S. Hansen, 75, Tremonton, was found dead at his home June 24 of heart failure. He was born May 9, 1899, in Deweyville, a son of John T. and Margaret Ann Gardner Hansen. He had never married and was reared and educated in Bear River Valley. He was a member of the LDS church. Survivors include two sisters and one brother, Mrs. Zina Christ, Oakland, Calif.; Mrs. Ernest (Andrea) Huggins, Bear River City; Lee Hansen, East Tremonton. Funeral services are scheduled today (Thursday) at 1 p.m. in Rogers Mortuary Funeral chapel where friends may call two hours prior to service. Burial will be in Deweyville cemetery. July and August. Earl Reese, 56, of Bear River City, was dead on arrival at the McKay Dee hospital in Ogden June 23 after receiving a gun shot wound. Reese was born Jan. 10, 1918 in Tremonton, to J. Harold and Olive D. Jensen Reese. He was married to Myrna Coleman. The Eucharist is celebrated each Sunday at 9 a.m. by the Rev. William J. Hannifin, rector. Funeral services were held yesterday, June 26, in the Petersen funeral chapel. Bishop John Holmgren of Bear River city ward officiated. Burial was in the Brigham City cemetery. He plans on working for a law firm in California in the near future. Zundel is a graduate of Box Elder high school.
