Mr. and Mrs. Denzell Butler of Brigham City; Mr. and Mrs. Harold Lowe of Franklin. Idaho, apd Mr. and Mrs. Spencer Wheatley and children of Ogden were all dinner guests at the home of Mr. and Mrs. M. H. Maero, Sunday. Mrs. Daisy Duke received word from her son, Harold, recently, that, he has passed all his tests to make him a chief petty officer, third class, in the U. S. Navy. Harold in the Navy one and one-hal- f years, and is stationed in San Diego, Calif. He and his wife are living in San Diego. Alton Hunsaker is home from the hospital feeling fhuch better. He has been very ill for several days. Ezra Benson was taken to the Cooley Memorial hospital in Brigham City on Sunday afternoon, very ill. His condition is improving. Harold Coombs, son of Mr. and Mrs. Ross Coombs of Honeyville, was playing ball Monday evening at Brigham City. He was sliding into a base when he fell on a spike, cutting his leg. He was taken to the Brig ham City hospital where a number of stitches were taken in his leg. He will have to stay in the hospital several days.
