Reunion 4 Box Elder JOURNAL i Brigham City, Utah 25, Friday, May Woman Succumbs 1956 Scheduled June 2 IM rs; Carrie Alhbey Drew, 92, of Tremonton, died on Thursday morning at her home.' (Mrs. Drew was a member of Methodist the Tremonton church and served as secretary of the WSCS of the church. She was also a member of the lodge. . i ; She was born Nov. 28, 1861, in Hazel Green, Iowa, a daughter of Larue H. and Elizabeth McManus Alhbey. , She was reared and 'educated in Iowa and taught vschool before moving to Utah. ' In 1894 she was married to Elliott Drew in Iowa. They came to Bear River valley in Mr. 1898, settling in Bothwell. Drew died in 1916. In 1930, Mrs. Drew moved to Tremonton. Surviving are one son and one daughter, Harry Drew and Miss Bessie Drew, both of Tremonton; one sister, Mrs. Grant : h : J Testimonial A reunion for all former students of the old Brigham Young college at Logan will be held Saturday, June 2, at the Utah Will Ibuilding in Logan. Former classmates are invited to attend the informal visiting period beginning at 5 p. m., and a smorgasbord luncheon will be served at 7 p. m. A charge of $1.75 will toe made per plate. Linda Kay Hunsaker had perfect attendance during her sixth and seventh grades. She was tardy once or twice, but never absent. She is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Glendale Hunsaker of Honeyville. Principal H. Ross Coombs has been her teacher this past year. William DeVere Wintle had a perfect record during his first and second grades. He is glad school is, out because several of his friends and . classmates have been absent with the mumps and he was afraid he would spoil his record by getting the mumps. He is the son of Mr. and Mrs. DeVere W. Wintle of Honeyville. Mrs. Estelle Maero has been his teacher both years.
