WHILE Paintings at Brigham Library , INSTANT The works of two local artists are currently on display at the Brigham City library, one of them a junior showing in the children's department in the basement of the building Upstairs, visitors will see water colors, oils and pen and ink sketches by Ray Jeppsen, Mantua, who has a natural gift for all mediums. Jeppsen, who is an interior decorator and carpenter by trade, took up art as a hobby. The only formal schooling he has had in the subject was under Deanna McDonald and currently under Harold D. Olson, University of Utah instructor whp is conducting classes here 0ach Monday afternoon. Donna Kay is the 11 year old daughter of Mr and Mrs. Wynn K. Jensen, 360 South First East. She is a sixth grade student at Central school and is also taking water colors under Harold D. Olson. Her father is an interior decorator and contractor. Her mother is the former Ruth Taylor of Ogden. She has two brothers, one attending Box Elder High school, the other a second grade pupil at Central school.
