Show Ladies Day Planned At Golf Course For Country Club Women Davis. Maori Supper Enjoyed By Perry Primary of Primary boys and girls gathered at the home of Mrs. - Carrie Petersen in Perry last Tuesday evening to enjoy a Maori supper, prepared and cooked in a pit in the ground. The boys dug the pit and the girls participated in the cooking. Supper was served by Thelma Billings, counselor and Carrie Petersen. Following the supper, Elder Marvin Wright spoke to the boys and girls and told them of the Maori people and their cusA group toms ?and Elder Dee Johnson showed moving pictures of New Zealand and the Maori people.
