Following the business session and opening ritual, led by Loueha MaeF ar.ane, director, the evenings lesson on nursery rhyme poetry was capably directed by Iona Cefalo. Each girl was asked to recite her favorite nursery rhyme, after which the ladies were asked to write an ongina! nursery pnent using lines of the rhymes just repeated, which proved very interesting and entertaining, Gioups were formed and some veiy clever limericks were written and lead. The annual show of the Logan Business and Professional Women's club is an annual feature, and this is the first year the organization has gone outside Cache county for the artist to be featured. Miss Redd, a member of the Palette club at Ogden, and the Associated Itah Artists club, neadquarters at Salt Lake City, is head of the art department at Box Elder high school, and her in the paintings won second water color division at the Utah Centennial art exhibit. Her pictures hang in a number of local public buildings and in exhibits throughout Utah. Sunday, the Logan B. and P. W. club held a musicale and art exhibit, at which Miss Redd was the guest of honor, with the largest crowd ever to visit the Logan exhibit. A reception was held honoring the newlyweds at the Fifth ward amusement hall, which was beautifully decorated with lovely fall flowers. Misses Helen Ruddell, Patsy Forsgren and Shirley Spencer were in charge of the gifts and officiated at the punch bowl during the evening.
