PETERS SHOES Winner of a vacation in a contest sponsored by a state paper was Mrs. R. P. Forsgren, who with Mr. Forsgren returned from Merced and San Francisco California, Sunday, October 2. 'The entire vacation was complete to the last detail and one of the most enjoyable times I have ever had, Mrs. Forsgren said following her return. On Saturday, Sept. 17, Mr. and Mrs. Forsgren left Salt Lake City aboard a DC-4- , airplane, at 6:15 oclock in the morning and arrived in Merced at 10:50 the same morning. Upon their arrival at the Merced airport a 'bus was waiting to take them to Yosemite National park. 'Yosemite park was beautiful and we enjoyed every minute of our stay there, and particularly enjoyed the bus tours of the park, Mrs. Forsgren said. 'After completing the yacation won in the contest the Forsgrens were met at the park by Mr. and Mrs. Howard Beecher and Mr. V. C. Forsgren who took them to San Francisco for another week. Mrs. Beecher and V. C. Forsgren are sister and brother of Mr. Forsgren.
