They then went ten miles more on the west side of Promontory Point. There were 27 in the group. Mis. Darwin Facer and son are visiting with her parents The Willow Creek camp of the DUP met at the home of Marion Cook, on Friday, March 27. Capt. Gladys Taylor presided and 1st Lt. Verda Richards conducted. After the opening excerses the following program was given: Early Industries of Utah, by Grace Keyes; Sketch of the Life of Emma Zundel Pettinglll, was read by Historian, Hannah B. Nicholas; piano solo, Eugene Cook; reading by Annette Cook; piano solo, Donna Cook. There were a large number of sick visits reported. There were 20 members present. Refreshments were served by Ida Call, Edith Lemon and Marlon Cook. Mrs. Rachel 'Nelson who has been very sick has been taken to Salt Lake City to be taken care of by her son, Baird Nelson and Carma Simper In connection with the Sunday school last Sunday, the following program was given: Solo, Audra Call; talk on Easter, by Wm. Christiansen of the stake Sunday School board; organ and piano duet, Helen Jane Lemon and Shirley Larkin.
