A. meeting was held at the Copperfield auditorium. The meeting was presided over by Mrs. Walter Abplanalp. The first and. second grades produc-ed skits and Mr. Jack Collins, Mr. Gam Carpentar, Mr. Rufus Garcia and Mr. Paul Garcia also participated on the prognam. Miss Edna Smith spent Thurs- - visiting with her father, Mr. Jack Ollinger. The Ladies. Auxiliary enter-tained at the home of Mrs. Rich-ard Steele Monday evening. A business' "meeting was held fol-lowed by the main game which was five hundred. Prizes were awarded to Mrs. John Barratt, Mrs. Amy Walters, Mrs. Ray Bar-ne- tt and house prize was award-ed to Mrs. John Anderson. A delicious lunch was served and a good time was had by all that attended. Mr. and Mrs. Parodi and fami-ly of Sailt Lake were dinner guests at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Pete Arate Sunday. Th6 Copperfield Hellenic Boys defeated the Hellenic Boys of day evening visiting with Mis: Lola Wing at Copperfield. Mr. Bob Jimas won a Schol arship at the University of Ida ho, Southern Branch. The Copperfield were defeated in . the game between Lower Bingham and Copperfield Wednesday. The score was 34-1- 8. O Copperfield Agnes McDonaJd Mr. Bob Jimas and James Jones, returned from the Unl-versii- ty of Idaho to visit with their family for the week end. The people of Copperfield wish to extend their deepest sympathy to Mr. George Saltas and family of the death of his beloved son, Mr. Spero Saltas. Mr. and Mrs. Ray Carl and daughter Joan Rae, motored to Salt Lake, Friday, to spend the week end with Mrs. Pete Carl. The dance which was spon-sored by the Copperfield M Men, Thursday at the school auditori-um, proved to be a success.
