Show MIL AND MRS. S. EDGAU KERNLEY TO MAKE HOME IN WASHINGTON, D. C. Last evening Mr. and Mrs. S. Edgar Fernley, whose marriage was solemnized in the Salt Lake L. D. S. temple Wednesday morning, morn-ing, left for Washington, D. C, to make their home. Mr. Fernley is a son of Mr. and Mrs. S. E. Fernley of 802 Diestel road, Salt Lake City, and the family formerly for-merly made their home here. His wife was Miss Wilva Coles, a daughter of Mrs. Vada J. Coles, 1534 Edison street, Salt Lake City, and an accomplished musician. mu-sician. Mr. Fernley is studying law at the George Washington university uni-versity and is employed by the Federal Bureau of Investigation. He has been visiting his parents since June 12. His father is cashier cash-ier of the First Security Bank, Bingham branch. Nicholas Smith performed the ceremony, and following the mar-jiage mar-jiage rites the couple met their families at the Fernley home at (breakfast. Garden flowers decorated de-corated the rooms and a bowl of Ilow snapdragons centered the .table. The bride wore a smart (ensemble of navy and white and ia corsage of roses and gardenias. A reception was held in the levelling at the Coles home. The bride was charming in a white lace dress made en train and a fingertip veil of tulle falling from a pearl coronet. She carried an arm bouquet of pink roses and gardenias. The bridal party stood in front of the mantel, which was banked with roses and larkspur. Lighted white tapers were in floor standards stan-dards at either side. Mrs. Maurice Mau-rice McKendrick was matron of honor, and wore a shell pink lace model. The bridesmaids, Miss Marion R. Egbert and Miss Mel-ba Mel-ba Sorenson, wore bouffant frocks of pink lace and net and carried colonial bouquets of pink sweet peas. Alex Smith of Tooele was best man. Included in the 200 guests attending at-tending the reception, which was held in the lovely garden at the Coles home, were a number from Bingham ana Copperton. Iu anticipation of the marriage a number of social affairs have honored thp couple. The MacDow-ell MacDow-ell club, of which they were members, mem-bers, gave a barbecue supper at the Fernley home Mojiday evening. eve-ning.
