Pete Sudevich, an administrator for the estate of Nick Kovich against the old Central bank of Bingham to recover re-cover $700 alleged deposited by the plaintiff in said bank before bis death in March, 1918. The widow asserts in her complaint that her husband died in March, 1918, and yet 60 days later that he signed his name to a note for $700. . The note was not signed until June, 1918, and yet the man died in March. " Since there has been a great deal of speculation on this question about Bingham and since many charges of various origin has arisen concerning the efforts of Cashier Q. B. Kelly and others to save the bank from being closed this paper her?by demands from the state of Utah and especially the state bank examiner's office a full and complete investigation of the affairs af-fairs of said Citizens State bank and a prosecution of those who were to blame for the wrecking of same. We have always felt that certain persons were criminally liable and should be prosecuted.
