Show FUNERAL SERVICES FOR MRS. BETH SUMN1CHT TODAY 1 :00 PM. AT MIDVALE Funeral services for Mrs. Elizabeth Eliza-beth Mead Sumnicht, 49, of 110 Cyprus Street, Copperton, who passed away Tuesday morning, October 25, at 7:30 a.m, in a Salt Lake hospital of a heart ailment, will be held Friday (today) at RflQfl 5n,ih SAt .St. Mirlval. at I :00 p.m. Martha Chapter No. 7, Order of Eastern Star of Bingham, will conduct service. Mrs. Sumnicht wa born June 8, 1911, in Hibbing, Minn., to Frank and Clara Kirkpatrick Mead. She was married to Lester W. Sumnicht, August 20, 1930 in Midvale. A member of the Methodist Church, she was also a Past Matron, of Martha Chapter No. 7, Order of Eastern Star of Bingham. Surviving her are her husband, Copperton; a son, Warren J. Sumnicht, Sum-nicht, also of Copperton; a daughter, daugh-ter, Mrs. Jack (Audrey Ann) Sand-strom, Sand-strom, Salt Lake City; mother, Salt Lake City; a sister, Mrs. Francis Carlson, Seattle, Wash., and four grandchildren. Interment will be in Mt. Olivet Cemetery, Salt Lake City. HOWARD M. BUCHMAN Howard M. (Mickey) Buchman, 41, 1151 20th East, former Salt Lake advertising executive, died Friday, Oct. 21, at 9 a.m. at his home after a long illness. Mr. Buchman was a former partner part-ner in the Adamson-Buchman Advertising Ad-vertising Agency and at the time of his death, was a director of Bingham Bing-ham Gas and Oil Co. He had also been associated with Radio Station KNAK. Born March 19, 1919, in Bingham Bing-ham Canyon, Mr. Buchman was the son of Louis and Anna Omega Woolf Buchman. Hi father is a retired re-tired vice president and general manager of the western mining divisions di-visions of Kennecott Copper Corp. Mr. Buchman was a graduate of Bingham High School and the New Mexico Military Institute at Ros-well, Ros-well, N.M. He also attended the University of Utah. He married Margaret Temple-ton Temple-ton Jan. 3, 1947, .in Salt Lake City. He was a member of the University Club and the Cottonwood Club. His survivors include his widow, his parents, a son, Louis David Buchman, a daughter, Ann Temple-ton Temple-ton Buchman, all of Salt Lake City and a sister, Mrs. Harry (Barbara) Althouse, San Franc'sco. Funeral services were held Monday, Mon-day, Oct. 24. at 11:45 a.m. at 574 East 1st South, Salt Lake City. Rabbi Mordecai Podet of Temple B'Nai Israel and Rev. Donald G. Christensen, pastor of Wasatch Presbyterian Church were speakers at services. Following services, the body was taken to the Shrine Crematorium. Cre-matorium. EUGENE K. DICKSON Funeral services were held Monday, Mon-day, Oct. 24, at II a.m. at 2128 South State St., Salt Lake City, for Eugene Kevin Dickson, 55, of 389 E. Truman Ave. (2330 S.) Salt Lake City, former Bingham resident resi-dent for many years. Mr. Dickson died last Thursday, Oct. 20, at hi home after a lingering illness. Mr. Dickson was born July 27, 1905, in Bingham Canyon, a son of Patrick and Ada McAbe Dickson. Dick-son. He was married to Irene Minnie Min-nie Cramer, Dec. 19, 1934. in Brandon, Manitoba, Canada. Mr. Dickson wa a longtime employee of U. S. Smelting Refining and Mining Min-ing Co. For the last few years he was employed at New Grand Hotel. He was a member of the Catholic Church. Surviving him are his widow, and a daughter, Miss Patricia Irene Dickson, both of Salt Lake City. Interment was in Mt. Olivet Cemetery, Cem-etery, Salt Lake City. MRS. PINA AZZELIO Mrs. Pina Azzelio, longtime resident resi-dent of Highland Boy, passed away at her home yesterday afternoon (Thursday). Further details were not available at press time. |
