Show Pplpl JP ' ALTON IVIE Alton Ivie, 70, of 691-B Cop-perfield, Cop-perfield, Bingham Canyon, died Wednesday, October 5, at 6:00 p.m. in a Salt Lake hospital following fol-lowing a stroke. He was born May 1, 1885 in Salina, a son of Charles and Sarah Ann Fenn Ivie. He wa3 married to Allene Dickman September Sep-tember 20, 1918 in Price. A resident resi-dent of Bingham since 1912, he was employed as a shovel runner run-ner by Kennecott Copper Corp., Utah Copper Division. Survivors include, his widow; four sons, Bert A., Robert L., and Max C, all of Bingham; Keith E., presently in the U. S. Army, stationed in Okinawa; one daughter, dau-ghter, Alice, Bingham; nine grandchildren; two sisters, Mrs. V. A. Heed, Midvale, and Mrs. L. W. Anderson, Murray. Funeral services pending arri- val of son, Keith, from Okinawa. Services will be announced from Bingham Mortuary. EMILY E. W. ERICKSON Mrs. Emily Elizabeth Walde-mar Walde-mar Erickson, 89, of Orem, passed pass-ed away Monday, October 3, at a Provo hospital of causes incident inci-dent to age. She was the mother of Mrs. Cecil (Beth) Downs of Copperton. Funeral services were held Thursday at 1:00 p.m. in Olpin-Sundberg Olpin-Sundberg chapel under direction of Bishop Milton Smith of Windsor Wind-sor Ward. Interment was in the Orem cemetery. JOHN (JACK) M. FENTON Funeral services for John (Jack) M. Fenton, 45, of Salt Lake City, who died Wednesday at his home after a lingering illness, ill-ness, will be held Saturday at 2:00 p.m. in the Imperial Ward chapel, 1560 Atkin Avenue with Bishop Finn B. Paulsen officiating. officiat-ing. Mr. Fenton was assayer at Bingham Canyon until 1941. o |
