Show MISS LYNDA KAYE GARRETT IS BRIDE OF SEPTEMBER 7 Miss Lynda Kay Garrett and Earl M. Bills exchanged wedding vows in a double ring ceremony Friday, September 7, at the Copperton Ward meeting house. Bishop Alon-20 Alon-20 Freeman of Herriman LDS Ward officiated. The bride is daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Rex B. Garrett of Copperton. Cop-perton. Parents of the bridegroom are Mr. and Mrs. Elton Bills of Herriman. Attending the bride were Miss Marjorie Garrett, maid of honor, and Miss Susan Bolton, Mrs. Kathy Poulsen Eastman and Madge May-nard, May-nard, bridesmaids. JoAnn Garrett was junior bridesmaid. Brent Bills was beat man for his brother. Ushers were Del Ray Eastman, James Newman and Gary Holt. After a short honeymoon to the Southern Utah parks and Glen Canyon Dam, the newly-weds will make their home in Sandy. Last Saturday evening Bingham City employees and partners attended at-tended the Municipal League banquet ban-quet held at the University of Utah. A wonderful dinner was enjoyed with a program and guest speakers. speak-ers. The ladies received lovely favors. fa-vors. There were about 800 in attendance. On Sunday the same group were guests of the League and attended the Ice Follies at the State Fair. Mrs. Alice Brisk of Midvale left Monday night for Denver, Colo., to visit friends and relatives. |
