Show Lark Notes ! -r Newlyweds Honored A series of parties were given in honor of Mr. and Mrs. Dallas Draper, who were recently married mar-ried in Malad, Idaho. A shower was given by Mr. and Mrs. Horace Seal at the Lark Amusement hall Friday evening. Dancing was the evening s entertainment. Punch and wafers were served. One hundred guests attended. Mrs. Leland Nielson and Mrs. Thomas Walker, sisters of the bride, and Mrs. Harold Draper assisted in entertainment. A shower and dancing party was given in Genola Saturday evening by Mr. and Mrs. A. J. Draper. Two hundred attended the affair. Sunday afternoon at 2 p.m. a dinner party was enjoyed at the home of Mr. and Mrs. A. J. Draper Dra-per in Genola for relatives of the young couple. Miss Winona Peterson, who is attending the USAC at Logan, was a week-end guest of her parents, par-ents, Mr, and Mrs. Wallace Peterson. Pe-terson. A luncheon and bazaar was held in Salt Lake City at the Ladies La-dies Literary club Thursday at 1 D.m. Those attending the affair in Lark were Mrs. D. A. Thomas, Mrs. Donald McGee, Mrs. Robert Meyerhoffer, Mrs. E. W. Gleason, Mrs. Clyde Crump and Mrs. Robert Rob-ert Jackson. Mr. and Mrs. Robert Meyerhoffer Meyer-hoffer attended funeral services in Salt Lake City Monday for Dr. Heber J. Sears. Mr .and Mrs. Wayne D. Tur-pin, Tur-pin, .Miss Lois Turpin and Arnold Ar-nold Randall of Salt Lake City were dinner guests of Mrs. Clara Turpin Sunday. Mr. and Mrs. Max M. DuBois entertained at a six o'clock dinner din-ner Sunday for Mr. and Mrs. C.A. Morley and daughters, Maurine and Darlene, of Bingham Canyon. Can-yon. Mr. and Mrs. Merle Towers and daughter, former residents of Eureka, are now making their home in Lark. First Aid classes for women residents of Lark were begun Tuesday evening at . the Lark school auditorium under supervision super-vision of Irvin Stillman of Bingham Bing-ham Canyon, assisted by Ross Pino. Pi-no. 30 women were given instructions instruc-tions in the initial class. Mrs. Clyde Augustson entertained enter-tained at a birthday party 'at her home Wednesday ' afternoon in honor of her son, Clyde, on his seventh birthday anniversary. 20 youngsters were present. Mrs. C.C. Harding of Caliente, Nevada, is visiting relatives in Lark. Funeral services were held Monday afternoon in the Lark LDS ward chapel by Bishop D. A. Thomas for Harold Hatt, 48, of Midvale, who died February 26 in a Salt Lake City hospital. The Bingham mortuary directed internment in the Bluffdale cemetery. ce-metery.
