The eating establishment, just opened Jose Maganas and his family at 849 W. Pleasant View Drive during the past month, serves from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday through Saturday. Guests may choose from Mr. Magana owned two restaurants in Boise, Idaho prior to moving to Plain City to live. He has been in the restaurant business for a total of 14 years. Mr. Magana, who has catering experience, says the upstairs dining room of tacos, chalupas, enchiladas, childe verde, chile Colorado, tamales, huevos rancheros nachos, and guacamole. For the stubborn eater, there is even hamburger with french fries. Dinners range from $2 to $3.50.
