Bob Medina is a strength and conditioning coaqh'for the ;Trail Blazers' staff. However, before joining the Trail Blazers in 1997-98 season, he served .with'the Seattle Super Sonics for five years. Medina has written several different publications 'for the National Strength and Conditioning Association, as well, Bob had been a contributing author in !he books Condition the 'Nl3A Way and NBA Power Conditioning. He is now in the process of writing a third book. Medina has a Bachelors degree in athletic training, and' he was inducted along with the 1990-UNLV National Champion Basketball Team into the Southern Nevada Sports Hali of Fame Fn' 2001. Bob Medina was the Head Strength conditioning coach for Michea! Jordan's senior flight camp. Medina works at'seVeral basketball camps throughout the summer that include Reebok ABCD Camp. Blazers Summer League, Blazer Kids Camp antf (he'Chrrs Dudley Basketbali Camp. Although Bob really enjoys being a Strength and.conditioning coach, his greatest enjoyment is spending time with his wife LeeAnn, and their family.
