" v Aleen Christensen Slaton, 84, passed away January 13, 2003, near her home in Potomac, Maryland. Aieen was bom June 11, 1923 in Richfield, Utah to Hammer M. & FJvira Jensen Christensen. She spent her youthful years in Beaver, Utah and the surrounding mountains where her father, "Ham" was the US Forest Ranger for many years. She and her sister Betty, and brothers, Ha!, Reed, Wayne & Coy all attended and graduated from Beaver schools. Aleen was the drum majorette cf the high school band. She was also instrumental in putting together and was the editor, of Beavers High School Yearbook, the Beaveria, which was dedicated to U.S. Senator, Abe Murdock, the father of Aieens dear and iifeiong friend, companion and 1 Patterson 'Auntie" Helen J. Patterson, 78, beloved sister and aunt passed away January 5, 2008 at tne 2-3 t t Home cf her niece. She fought Alzheimer's for several . years 5- with grace, dignity and always Vie Mary sister-in-law- ,- Christensen. After high school and a year she working at the Beaver-Bank- , in Salt Lake a City accepted job where she met West Point Graduate and Air Force Officer Howard W. Slaton, who after several weeks, she married in Utah. Aleen and Beaver, Howard spent many happy years together throughout the U.S. and in Foreign countries with their children, Patricia, Hal and Sally, and later in Maryland with grandchild Christy and others. He passed away surrounded by his family at Milford Valiey Hospital. Eddie was born March 29,1950 in Manderfield UT. to John and Juiia Bradshaw. He graduated from Beaver High School in 1968. He served in the Utah National Guard for 6 years. He married Kathy Worley. They had 5 children. They later divorced. He was then married to Yvonne Greer and was later divorced. Eddie worked as a carpenter and taxidermist. He was a "Master cf all trades". He enjoyed rock hounding, geology, hunting, fishing, his children and grandchildren. Eddie is survived by his parents, sister Maryette (Bruce) Hunt of Ely ,NV., Al Bradshaw of Beaver, UT, Paul Bradshaw of Beaver, UT, his children Codie Bradshaw of Beaver, UT, Angel Bradshaw of St. George, UT., Dusty (Tara) Bradshaw of Milford, UT, Troy (Christa!) Bradshaw of Beaver, UT, Davis of Mandy (Danny) Minersviile.UT., 16 grandchil- dren and 2 great grandchildren. He as preceded in death by 1 sister, Judy Ann and 2 grand daughters.
