Holly Club, we have found again and again that .people were not told the truth when asked to sign the petition. This means that many people have had no idea what they really signed. You may be one of hundreds who were lied to just to get a signature. Let's set the facts straight., s we Signing this petition will let me vote whether the development happens. - FALSE The development agreement was designed to protect the County. In the agreement, there are many parameters set in place to provide shelter and a plan of action for the County should anything happen to the development. Plus, the County set many rules for Mt. Molly Club in the agreement to help the residents of the County, including access to areas of Mt. Molly's private property. Without the development agreement, the development will still happen. A referendum on the development agreement does not stop the development; it only gets rid of the development agreement. The development agreements puts into place the assurances the County wanted. 2. Stopping Mt. Holly Club will help the County. - FALSE t Since first developing the idea for Mt. Holly Club, we have spoken to all sorts of people in the County - business owners, farmers, parents, county employees, students. One big concern for .everyone we have talked to - the future of Beaver County. Parents worry about their children having to leave because they can't find a good job here. Business owners worry about how the County will find the money to provide services for residents. Mt. Holly Club helps solve these problems within the County. We will bring hundreds of good paying jobs to the community. We, and our members, will be buying goods and services from your local businesses. And Mt. Holly Club will be an enormous contributor to Beaver County's revenue, giving elected officials and employees the means they need to serve you, the residents of the County. t yr yr j 4 or tne signature, contact ivyie yaraiey at If you have any other questions or con- County Clerk, Paul Barton, at cems aoout mi. noi..y, :eei nee 10 can unan, at ouiooD-uyjr9- - signature. 10 a remove-you- 1 mm m rJi-uou- r a , 483-646- 3. u.
