LANDFILL PERMIT RENEWAL Beaver County Special Service District 5 is requesting renewal of its permit to operate the Beaver County Class Landfill located approximately three miles northwest of Beaver, Utah. Renewal of the permit will allow the landfill to continue to accept nonhazardous solid waste including municipal waste, commercial waste, industrial waste, constructiondemolition waste, and certain special wastes. The application to renew the permit reviewed by the Utah n Division of Solid and Hazardous Waste and a draft permit has been prepared. The Utah Solid and Hazardous Waste Act requires a public comment period to receive comments on the application and draft permit prior to final action by the Executive Secretary of the Utah Solid and Waste Hazardous Control Board.
