Vigil Johnsen BRIGHAM CITY - Her journey began on October 5, 1994, born in Ogden, Utah, to Richard Eugene and Ruth Ferrin Vigil. Our precious baby girl struggled valiantly for 14 months, giving us the chance to know and love her. She fought the fight and finally won when she was able to return to her Heavenly Fathers loving arms. Our little girl passed away Fri day, December 15, 1995 due to complications of a congenital heart defect. al Graduate of Bear River High School, 1928. Attended Utah State Larry James University before serving a District, 1930-3- BRIGHAM CITY 1 2. DeVerl Hansen Johnson, 64, died Wednesday, December 13, 1995, at his home in Warren, Utah, of cancer. He was born in Utah, on January 24, 1931, a son of Ellwood Lewis and Tre-monto- n, Ida Hansen Johnson. He graduated from Bear River High School. On September 11, 1950, he married Francine Spend-lov- e in the Logan Temple. He served in the U.S. Army in Germany. He was president of the Warren-WeWarren Water Improvement District and was on the board for Box Elder Credit Union. st Active in the LDS Church, he had served in many positions, and was currently stake clerk of the Weber Utah North Stake. He is survived by his wife Francine, five children and their spouses, and 29 grandchildren. He is also survived by his mother of Garland and six brothers and sisters. Funeral services were held Saturday, December 16, in the Warren Ward chapel with interment in the Warren cemetery. Funeral services were held Friday, December 15, at 12 noon at Olsen-Myer- s' Mortuary, 205 South First East, Brigham City. Interment was in the Brigham City Cemetery. Larry's love for his yard and garden was recognized by his award for Yard of the Month in the spring of 1988. He was also an avid fan of the Golden Spike Cutter races. He enjoyed helping anybody with problems or projects, he befriended anyone he came in contact with. In 1987, he received a heart transplant at the LDS Hospital in Salt Lake City. Johnsen, Federal Way, Washington; a sister, Verda J. La Greco, Westminster, California; and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by a son, Ronald, and two brothers, Arthur and Max. :' 12, City, Utah, of heart failure. He was born March 15, 1941 in Garland, Utah, a son of James Frank and Orpha Bowers Seager. He married Kaylene Kimber on July 6, 1962 in Brigham City, Utah. He was a member of the 6th LDS Ward. Larry retired from DDO in 1993 after 28 years of service. He had received the Forklift Operator of the Year award March 1972, and Warehouseman of the Year July 1995 and n rs Larry James 1995, at LDS Hospital in Salt Lake to Salt Lake City, 1937. Veteran of World War II. Retired from UDOT in 1975. Member of the LDS Church holding many offices in both ward and stake capacities. During her life, Ameilia was a member of two LDS wards, the Corinne First and Brigham City Second. She loved her Heavenly Father and rejoiced to go back home to be in his loving embrace. We, her earthly family and friends will miss her. She is survived by her parents and big brother, Nathan who loved "Lilly" dearly. She is also survived by her grandparents, Eugene and Barbara Vigil; Robert and Darlene Ferrin; Valerie Vigil; four great grandparents, as well as numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. We would like to thank all those who helped and loved Millie, including the doctors and Hospice volunteers who so lovingly cared or our family.
