Curler for Meritorious Service from July 1990 to June of 1991. His accomplishments are that Captain Brace M. Carter himself distinguished by meritorious 'service while assigned to the 47th Flying Training Wing Hospital, Laughlin Air Force Base, Texas. Captain Carter's initiative resulted in a complete evaluation and resultant changes to the Occupational Medicine Program. This streamlined program was responsible for early identification of two occupational illnesses the past year which significantly decreased the United States Air Force potential fiscal liability. Captain Carter also significantly supported Operation Desert Storm by deploying to Myrtle Beach Air Force Base, South Carolina, to provide flight surgeon coverage for threee A-- squadrons. The distinctive accomplishments of Captain Carter reflect credit upon himself and the United States Air Force. Bruce is the son of Rex and Carol Carter of Beaver. It's Deer Hunt season, the smell of excitement and anxiety are in the air. Growing up as a kid and having the exposure of Fremont and seeing the many, many hunters line up bumper to bumper in Fremont Canyon. "The Good Ole Frank put the F in Days" Fremont.
