All members of the City Council have been duly appointed to act as the Board of Equalization and Review, any three of whom may act at each hearing on the assessments proposed to be levied on the property benefited within the Assessment Area, The Board of Equalization and Review will meet at 60 West Center, Beaver City, Utah, on December 1,2009, between the hours of 6:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m.; on December 2,2009, between tfie hours of 6:00 p.m.; and 7:00 p.m. and on December 3.2009, between the hours of 6:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. in the City Council chambers to hear and consider any objections to and make any corrections of any proposed assessments which the Board may deem unequal or unjust.
