Each class has some definite project to carry out. In most cases the of the parents will be sought, in order that thees efforts may be successful. One group of boys is preparing widow boxes, Another is collect ing a large variety of shrubs suitable for planting in our locality. Every boy and girl in the school will help to beautify their home surroundings by planting a beautiful shade tree. These trees have been bought at a low cost from the U. A. C. nursery. The fourth grade is preparing to plant an evergreen tree on the public square. This tree will be used as a community Christmas tree in the future. Forest Ranger Christensen's advice and permis sion will be asked concerning the choice of this tree. We are verv busy now learning the Identity of the different forest trees.
