Show Milford Hallowe'en Activities for Week PARTY Mrs. Walter Muir enter-t enter-t tii od Tuesday afternoon wilh a Hallowe'en party, in honor of her li-iH- on Walter. Black and orange were (he colors used in decorations. Games were played and a delicious luncheon was served. Re-veal. Walter Muir, Deloy Atkins, Marie Carlson. MRS JOHXSOX EXTERTAIXS Mrs. Morris Johnson entertained on Saturday evening at a Hallowe'en party. Decorations consisted of Hallowe'en Hal-lowe'en colors. Each one was presented pre-sented with a dunce cap, and at the door was received by a ghost. Five hundred was the feature of the evening. eve-ning. Mrs. John Pitchforth won high prize and consolation was given giv-en to Miss Ardath Johnson. A delightful de-lightful luncheon was served at 11-30. 11-30. All teachers of the elementary elemen-tary grades were present. The evening even-ing was much enjoyed by all. The fifth grade was also entertained on Tuesday af'ernoon by their teacher Mrs. Susie Smith. She took them all on a weinie roast HALLOWE'EX PARTY Mrs. P. Jefferson entertained Monday night at the Jefferson home at a Hallow- i e'en party, given in honor of the! Sunshine class and chorus girls of; the M. E. Church. The home waSj decorated for Hallowe'en and a very small ghost met the guests at the door. Hallowe'en games were played play-ed all evening. Soooky reading was criven by Miss Plummer. A two-course two-course luncheon was served at one long table Place cards were attached attach-ed to orange and black ribbons, disappearing dis-appearing into- a large pumpkin In the center of the table. The entire home was decorated decorat-ed in black and orange, witches, ghosts and black cats. Games and music were the njnin features of the eveninw At 8:30 a large table was set with its twenty little pumpkin place cards, and candy and nuts of all discriptions. HALLOWE'EN PARTY" Mr. and Mrs. Fred Clark gave one of the most enjoyable parties of the season iat the parsonage Wednesday even- ing. The living rooms were elaborately elabor-ately decorated in black and yellow, and with cats witches and pumpkin faces. In the darkened study was a for'une telling booth, where Madame Decadent told the past present and future of the forty guests present. After several hours of exciting games and stunts, flashlight pictures were taken, followed by delightful refreshments. Mr. 'and Mrs Clark ere ably assisted in entertaining v serving by Mrs. Barnum, Miss "'untmcr and Mr. and Mrs. Barneo. The following guests were present: Mr. and Mrs. Roper, Mrs Palmer, Mrs. W. F. The wus be'aurul y laoorated in the orange and black crepe papei, festooned from the center of the room; also a screen of the same hid the orchestra. A fortune-telling booth, inhabited by a real witch was a great attraction. It was said by all to be a social and financial success. S. C. D. I EXTERTAIXS The S C. D. I. club ladies and their husbands hus-bands were entertained at the home of Mr. and Mrs. - Clark Kesler Wednesday Wed-nesday evening at a sheet and pn-low pn-low case party.
