Show PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO THE CONSTITUTION. HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION RES-OLUTION NUMBER SIX. A Joint Resolution providing an amend ment to Section 17, Article 7, of the Constitution of the State of Utah, relating to the duties of the Auditor and of the Treasurer. Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Utah: Two-thirds of all the members elected elect-ed to each of the two Houses concurring concur-ring therein: Section 1. That it is proposed to amend Section 17. Article 7. of tne Constitution Con-stitution of the State of Utah, so that the same will read as follows: 17. The Auditor shall tie Auditor of public accounts. The public moneys shall he deposited by the Treasurer, under the supervision of the Board of Examiners, and as provideil by law. Sec. 2. The Secretary of State is hereby directed to submit this proposed propos-ed amendment to the electors of the State at the next general election In the manner provided by law. Sec. 3.
