Proposal No. 1 requested Beaver City provide funding to the Beaver Area Economic Board In the amount of $1,500. Proposal Mo. 2 requested Beaver City apply for a grant from the Utah Small Cities Inc., in the aount of $5,000. Beaver City participation would be in the amount of $5,000. Mr. Davis stated the application should be in by Septem -ber 22, 1986. Mr. Rodney Green, Mr. Darryl Dais andMrs.Cyndee Liebeltmet with the City Council to discuss getting utilities to Mr. Green's property. After discussion, it was the consensus of the City Council that Beaver City's present policy Is for Beaver City to provide water to the property line, electrical servicer and maintenance of the streets. Also, a culvert will be placed over the canal. It is Beaver City's present policy that all costs for sewer service would be Mr. Green's responsibility. A discussion was held on changing Beaver City's participation on the sewer to 75 percent developer and 25 percent Beaver City. No decision was reached on Beaver City's sewer changing policy. Mr. White reported they have riased $14,000, which includes $6,000 participation by Bea White felt the cost may possibly exceed this slightly because of extra site preparation required. The council explained to Boyter's that the problems were: no business license, questionable zoning for such activities, appearance and fire hazard. "If I have to buy a business license, then so should all the other people in town selling wood," explained Lee. To which the council agreed. The Utah Transportation commission will meet Friday, Septem -ber 12 to approve funding for modification of the intersection of State Roads 12 and 63 near Bryce Canyon. The Commission will be asked to authorize $120,000 of State ConstructionRehabilitation funds for engineering and construction of improvements to the junction of the two highways. The Commission will also be asked to approve a request from the GoMountainland Association of vernments for $10,000 to fund the UDOTUTA Ride Share program in Utah County. The newly completed alignment of State Route 153 from Mt.
